Butter Batter
1 lb brown sugar
1/2 oz fresh extracted ginger juice
1/2 lb butter
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
4 oz apple cider
1/2 teaspoon allspice
pinch of salt
Blend the above ingredients together and bring to a quick boil. Remove from heat; leave the batter to cool and store in the refrigerator.
