If there is anyone who deserves to take on the role of remaking The Intouchables, it’s Neil Burger.
Burger, a popular American film director, has many movies to his credit, including The Ilusionist (06), The Lucky Ones (08), Limitless (11), and Divergent (14).
The Upside launched this weekend at The Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), and it’s a film that certainly won’t disappoint movie buffs.
The film stars Bryan Cranston and Kevin Hart, and it’s a dramatic buddy-like comedy about the unlikely friendship between a rich quadriplegic and his working-class caregiver.
Nicole Kidman also stars in the film.
The film is full of laughs and moves at a great pace.
The entire movie offers audiences a comedic look at the relationship between a wealthy paraplegic and an unemployed man with a criminal record who’s hired to help him.
The release date for The Upside is March 9, 2018, so make sure you check out the film. It’s a must-see!
