Protein Pudding

Chocolate Protein Pudding Recipe- Stock Your Pantry With Protein Power

Nutritional protein powder supplements are great for everyday use, especially in this Chocolate Protein Pudding.

Protein supplement powders used to be the exclusive domain of high-level athletes focused on strength training or competitions. A growing consciousness about health and nutrition means options like protein powders, drinks and supplements are becoming more mainstream. These days, they are increasingly available at the grocery store and they’re ready to use for family-friendly preparations like smoothies, muffins and even chocolate pudding. Of course, not all powders are equal. Some powders are full of sugar, stimulants or caffeine, not something you’d want after your spin class or something you’d give your kids.
